A weekly yoga class can be a great part of your wellness practice, as well as just a fun thing to do or challenge yourself with.

But once a week might not be enough to make the changes you desire for yourself and have them stick.

Or perhaps your regular class has gotten you to the point where you want to see what else might be possible for yourself and your practice.

Beyond a private yoga class, Base Camp is a one-month, one-to-one program individualized to your needs and desire to shift from where you are toward the direction you want to go. Establish the solid ground for transformation mentally, physically, and emotionally.

We meet online, twice a week for 75 minutes, to build the foundations for your progress. You will learn key strategies for physical movement to open up your body.

You will learn to better understand and work with your emotions, the vital component to your transformation. You will learn the habits and the mindsets that will be necessary to make the shift.

This program is for anyone open to what will very likely be new or different ways of thinking about movement and emotions--the body and the heart.

In other words, new ways of thinking about and being yourself and exploring what is possible.
