Cool Your Anxiety

Most of us have learned to overide or hide our emotions, or feel ashamed or deny that we have them.
At best, we might learn to feel them and try to let them go. To let them pass like clouds. (Ironically, you have to use emotions to do all of that.)
When it comes to the emotion of anxiety, there are even entire anti-anxiety industries. It's understandable, then, that we might say, "Anxiety? Who me? Why no, I don't have anxiety."
But here's a question. Do you have or have you ever had a bucket list?
If the answer is Yes, then you have anxiety! Awesome!
Are you thinking about or have you ever thought about what you're going to eat for dinner?
If the anser is Yes, then you have anxiety! Awesome!
If this way of understanding anxiety sounds just wrong and foreign, that's understandable.
