In this five-part series from Morning Yoga Retreat, we explore the vital aspects of Prana, the life-force of the breath, and how you might practice with it to not only enhance your yoga practice, but also energize your body, mind, and heart.
Each session, approximately 30 minutes, will work with one of the five prana vayus, giving you breathing practices as well as mantras, mudras, meditations and asanas to help you deepen your connection to your sublime subtle body.
