This Mindset class is centered around developing and maintaining strength. You will learn a fundamental definition of strength that actually makes it a skill and an awareness to bring into your yoga practice, as well as the rest of your life.
You will also learn how this will complement your flexibility or suppleness, and you can bring these qualities into the subtle body of your mind and heart. Practicing strength and practicing suppleness are fundamental to living well and aging gracefully. These ideas and skills will serve you long after the class has ended.
