This Meditation Mini-Course is meant to be an intro for those wanting to begin or further explore a meditation practice.

There are nearly countless ways to meditate and understand what meditation means. So up front, this mini-course is not primarily meant to help stop or relieve stress, bring inner peace, reach enlightenment, or make you always happy forever.

Then why bother? you might ask.

These meditations are intended to help you cultivate more of yourself and explore more ways that you can be yourself and live a full life. You might get some of the above-mentioned benefits, but life will always offer you more than that. To set your sights on only that is to limit yourself as a human.

The hope for these practices is they give you a little more "headroom" and space for more thoughts and feelings to flow, and they nourish your connection to the things you want to emphasize or stress—your deepest desires.

Includes a brief practice guide and 6 guided meditation recordings of varying lengths, from about a minute to about 30 minutes. Accessibilty and doability are the aim.
