Focusing on the neck, this two-class practice includes a 30 minute Morning Retreat session that will give you exercises to decrease pain and improve mobility, as well as give your whole self a gentle, mindful wake-up. The one-hour Mindset class builds upon this class with unique movement exercises that explore the "righting reflex." Increase your neck mobility and improve your dynamic balance with this session, and explore its application in many common yoga poses.

Both classes also draw upon yoga philosophy concepts and weave them into the practice, adding depth and refinement to the mind and heart, as well as the body.
