Low Back Mindset

In this special Mindset class, we focus on the low back in our poses, with particular emphasis on 4 (or 5) movements of the lumbar spine. We use a brain-based approach (especially vision drills) to boost our ability to move better in this area and feel better overall.

Includes sitting, standing, and ground poses for a whole-body practice, along with a diagram showing the movements we practice. 75 minutes.
