Intermediate Movement Mindset: Forward Bends

In this Intermediate Movement Mindset class, we'll build upon the Basic Mindset foundations, using a brain-based approach, and explore their applications in more challenging movements and asanas. If the poses are difficult we will try to make them more accessible. If they are easy for you, we will try to make them more challenging and interesting.

Includes a sensory warm-up, a general asana practice with hip openers, shoulder openers, etc., and pranayama/meditation.

This session focus is on flexion generally and forward bends, with Paschimottanasana, Uttanasana, Parsvottanasana, and variations.
