Course Package Options

This mini-course will help you to be more aware of and perform a fuller range of movement with your elbows.

If done regularly, these practices and drills can improve the function and decrease the pain not only of your elbows, but also your shoulders, wrists, and hands.

This course is not only for those with tennis elbow, golf elbow, etc., but for anyone who wants to strengthen their capacity to transmit force through your arms. That makes it good for any yoga poses that are arm balances, from Push-ups, Chaturanga Dandasana and Downward Facing Dog to Bakasana, Handstand, and Forearm Balance.

This is also a good course for yoga teachers or trainers who want to offer new skills to your students/clients.

You will also learn a principle called “Opposing Joints” and how to apply this to knee pain.


You don't have to be lacking in anything to gain from this course.

By learning these practices, you can begin to own your body and perhaps have less need to outsource that knowledge to others for aches and injuries. Develop the awareness and skills before you are forced to do so. It’s cheaper that way too!

The course contains a practice guide, a useful anatomy overview, and over 40 minutes of video. The course and what you learn will always be available to you.
