Depth of perception and fullness, or Purnatva, are themes we explore in this 60-minute Movement Mindset class. You will learn and practice eye exercises for depth of perception, and then look for other ways to expand your awareness with greater nuance and dimension. You'll practice with a mindset of realizing an expanded fullness in a basic sequence of yoga poses, as well as how this mindset can apply in other areas of your life.
Includes a centering, neural warm-ups, mobility drills for most of the joints, basic standing and seated poses, and Savasana, moving the body/mind through an accessible, full range of movement possibilities.
