In this 30-minute Morning Yoga Retreat class , we take a look at practices to help our cerebellum, a part of the brain that contains about 80% of the brain’s total neurons. The better your cerebellum works, the better everything else works.

Your regular yoga practice or gym session might or might not address this area very much. It plays a big role in movement accuracy, balance, coordination, and walking, as well as learning, thinking, and emotions. We work on at least half a dozen different exercises, but really it is woven throughout the class.
