Inspired by Stonehenge, this special Yoga for Moderns recorded session celebrates the Summer Solstice. In this 75-minute class, we'll practice to bring the light to ourselves with ritual, writing, and gentle asana (including Sun Salutations, of course).
Please bring your favorite writing tools and any objects that help evoke this special time of year for you, a time of recognition, fulfillment, and perhaps also transition or transformation. Some examples: plants/flowers, candles, stones, pictures, colors, something fire-like, something water-like, etc. Make it meaningful to you.
Also includes a bonus session from Stonehenge, a sensory and neural warm-up that will help you reset and align when you're doing your own bit of time traveling.
