
To restore is to repair or make well again, to take a stand or stand again. The Anger Family of emotions are restorative emotions, bringing great gifts of self-awareness, confidence, respect, and healthy boundaries that create deep relationship to yourself and others.
If they aren't doing that for you now, then this 4-week series will help you tap into these superpowers of consciousness and desire, purpose and self-understanding.
Together we'll learn practices for working with anger, apathy, shame, and hatred. We'll bring these critical emotions out of the shadows and restore them to their proper place in our pantheon of innate powers to act with honor, empathy, and love. We'll learn how they support us, healing actions to support them, and how they play a vital role in our emotional ecosystem.
We meet on Zoom on four Wednesdays: April 19, April 26, May 3, and May 10. 6:00-7:00 EDT. $39
Expect discussion, contemplation and writing, and very gentle movement practices. You'll also receive reading materials and downloadable PDFs for continued study and practice. Sessions will be recorded if you can't join us live. These will be practices to use and return to the rest of your life.
