Wellness Wake-up
This is an event series

We meet on Zoom each morning, M-F 8:00-8:25ish, for yoga, breathing and movement practices that wake up the body, mind, and heart to more fully engage your day. We draw from a wide variety of resources, share articles, slides, handouts, etc., on everything from recent neuroscience, philosophy, emotional health, and sleep practices to mobility, meditation and nutrition. Empower your best life, day by day.

Register for Monday to join for the full series. Sessions are recorded and sent to you after each class, in case you can't make it or want to watch it again. Come for the practice, stay for the community.
