This movement mini-course is for anyone wanting to improve the function of your ankles, feet, and toes, whether to increase strength or improve range of easeful motion.
We take a neurological approach and work on the sensory input and brain mapping of these areas of your body. This will give your brain improved signals to work with from the feet and better motor control, lowering the threat your brain perceives from the countless positions your feet might be in. We even explore the connection between your vision and the feet!
After a sensory warm-up for the hips and legs down to the toes, we go through a series of focused drills for each of these areas. I'm confident that these practices, if done regularly, can help you maintain and improve your balance and movement practice and help you do more of what you need to do as well as what you would like to do in life.
